Present since 1994, Tashyid Urban Development previously known as Hajaj and Associates was established by Mr. Motasim Hajaj and Mrs. Taghreed Aboulfaraj. Embarking on its success H&A is now the holding company of both Roots Investment House and Tashyid Urban Development.
Coming back stronger than ever, Tashyid Urban Development has been created to mirror and grow with the changes of Saudi Arabia and Vision 2030.
